Driven Clutch Input Shaft Spacer For Yamaha G1 - G22 Gas Golf Carts Only
A common problem with the 4 cycle gas Yamaha Golf Carts driven clutch is when a small, difficult to see snap ring, that keeps proper tension on the main spring, fails. The snap ring comes out of it's keeper groove machined into the differential input shaft and this allows the main spring to loose much of its tension. This adversely affects the pulling power of the drive train. Once the snap ring fails, a new one will NOT stay in it's groove. This special collar replaces the snap ring and fixes everything back to normal.
